Summer is finally here!

Are you prepared?

Summer has arrived in Colorado! Thanks to the many blessings we have no watering restrictions in place in Colorado Springs. This means the lawns will be green, green, green.

Turning on those sprinklers will help to keep your lawn, trees, and flowers in good shape. Remember, even without a really cold night the sprinklers need to be inspected throughout the summer to make sure there are no leaks. Test your system and watch for low water pressure and sprinkler heads that do not pop up quickly Also, keep an eye on that water bill it will give you a good measure on your usage and show if there is a larger leak happening and check periodically through your lawn to make sure there are no puddles being created.

Other items to watch through the summer include rain gutters, window wells, and down spouts. Clean out all your gutters and down spouts throughout the summer and fall to make sure they are not clogged. Watch window wells during rains to make sure they are draining correctly and do not fill with water.

If the worst does happen and you have a leak that affects your home remember it is extremely important to deal with this water quickly.

Question: Why would you need to call a certified restoration company?

Answer: Professional restoration technicians understand the need for quick response. Immediate remediation is key to controlling any escalating costs. The longer the remediation is delayed, the higher the cost of restoration. Certified restorers have the knowledge to test materials and apply the restoration techniques required to return the items to their pre-loss condition.

Our professionals concentrate on safely drying, deodorizing, and disinfecting the areas affected or damaged by water.

We have responded to a wide variety of restoration needs for clients!
